Who Are We?

What Does It Cost To Work With Us?

Nothing if we are buying your house.  When we buy your house we pay all of the closing costs and other costs associated with the sale; there are no fees or commissions.  We’re primarily looking to buy your home ourselves yet sometimes listing it is the best solution for YOU even though there are costs involved with an on-market sale.  We’ll go over these options with you so you can make the best decision possible.

How Does The Process Work?

First, we’ll give you a call to get a few more details about your house. Just basic stuff, nothing fancy or complicated.  Just enough info for us to know what we’re dealing with.

Next, if you decide you want us to buy your house, we’ll put a purchase agreement together and we’ll all sign it.  Then we’ll get the paperwork sent to a reputable local title company along with our earnest money so you can trust the legitimacy of the sale (no “kitchen table closings” here).

Last, (usually within a week, if you need it that fast), we’ll meet you at the title company for the closing of the sale.  You’ll leave the title company after the closing with a cashiers check in your hand or a wire transfer in your bank account so you can move on… and we’ll take the burdensome house off your hands.

What If The House Is In Really Bad Shape? Will You Still Buy It?

We buy houses in any condition or shape. We buy run down houses because after we give them a little TLC, then they’re amazing houses that someone would love to live in once again. We pay for all renovations and repairs after we buy the house, so you don’t have to worry about any of that.
